24.01.2022 We made a further investment in new machinery this week with delivery of a brand spanking new Italian made spiral mixer which takes 80kgs of dough at a time which is a lot of dough to keep up with our increase in business

22.01.2022 Rocco from Gesha coffee our supplier of the singing roaster blend from Gesha was in today upgrading our Barista skills so Malakai and Jack could improve there Barista skills I overheard him having a conversation with her about her Italian surname which comes from the famous Spa town in Italy of ‘ Simeone’ how good is that... by the way she’s having one of our gorgeous Black Forest cakes still making them from fresh cream kirsch and sour and black cherries delicious they start from $15.50 Dont forget to order for Mother’s Day
