Araldo... was then euthanised several hours after suffering an injury sustained on his way back to the stalls post-race - he kicked a fence after being spooked. Tragedy also struck in 2013 when Verema was euthanased after fracturing her leg. These horses didn't deserve to suffer and die for the sake of a bet. Choose compassion tomorrow - don't bet on horse racing cruelty.
