The different cuts of beef are individual packs packaged in cryovac bags (except gourmet sausages). MINI BEEF BOX 5kg $150.00 The Jaclinton Mini Beef Box weighs approximately 5kg, and contains a combination of Scotch Fillet Steaks or Eye Fillet Steaks, Porterhouse Steaks, Rump Steak, Diced Chuck Steak, Osso Bucco or Short Ribs, a Roast or Corned Beef, Mince and Gourmet Sausages. The Mince and Sausage packs each weigh approximately 500gms. The different cuts of beef are in individual cryovac bags (except Gourmet sausages). SLOW COOKING BOX 5kg or 10kg $90 - $170.00 Our Jaclinton Slow Cooking Boxes are approximately 5kg and 10kg, and contain a combination of Topside Roasts, Silverside Roasts, Blade Roasts, Corned Beef, Osso Bucco and/or Short Ribs, and diced Chuck Steak. The different cuts of beef are individual packs packaged in cryovac. PREMIUM BBQ BOX 5kg or 10kg $130 - $240 The Jaclinton Premium BBQ Boxes are approximately 10kg and contain a combination of Porterhouse Steaks, Rump Steaks, Minuet steaks, Short Ribs, Gourmet Sausages, Beef Burgers and Mince. Whole Brisket and whole racks of Short Ribs are available, by request only. The different cuts of beef are individual packs packaged in cryovac (except the gourmet Sausages and Beef Burgers). MINCE &/ OR SAUSAGE BOX 5kg or 10kg $75 - $150.00 The Jaclinton Premium Mince and/or Gourmet Sausages Boxes contain a combination of Premium Mince, Sausages, or both.
