Prabha & Jamie form HRIDHAYA CENT...RE Join them for this uplifting session UNITY CHANTS Come and sing with us! Music, mantra and meditation can transport you to a world within, that is still and serene. Let go of the daily stresses and merge into oneness. Accompanied by musical instruments we will be indulging in a feast for the ears, the heart and soul. Prabha & Jamie run regular chanting sessions at Hridhaya Centre and are delighted to sing with you at the festival. Lets come together as one, in these times of change and journey forward.

16.01.2022 Hi All. Had a fantastic time with a wonderful lovely group for the first Inner Child workshop. Dancing, drawing, singing and eating little cupcakes. Yum .
