25.01.2022 What do you do when your neighbours want to give there water away? PUT IT TO BETTER USE... Water harvesting.

25.01.2022 I had a chat with Daniel OBrien from Chicken Caravan this month on Regenerative Landscapes. Hard to shut me up when you get me going!

24.01.2022 Spring time growth in our Pink Pioneer guards 400mm high and Black Pioneer guard 400mm high. Planted in autumn 2020 and already out of the guards and away. @regenerativelandscapesaustralia

24.01.2022 Amazing what 30 days can do.

24.01.2022 Ive spent the last week reading this from cover to cover. This should be given to every school kid and member of parliament. http://www.waterparadigm.org//Water_for_the_Recovery_of_th

24.01.2022 Great example of small scale profitable farming regenerating the soil and people. https://youtu.be/HAZwj23DxVE

23.01.2022 Its not what the view out there looks like, its the view at your boots that counts.

21.01.2022 Some of the range of guards used this week planting at Bundarbo. Thanks to www.plantingsystemsaustralia.com.au 100% Recycled Coreflute tree guards and 100% Australian Made.

21.01.2022 Jacmarall Farm Tree nursery has stock available for purchase for farm or small acreage tree systems. We grow trees suited for planting in the NSW SE region. Our point of difference is we use Organic Compost and Paramagnetic rock dust as our base with a commercial potting mix to make up the growing media. This gives the trees a biological base and are more robust and able to withstand dry periods after planting. Trees start at $2.00 per 100 trees + $5 tray charge (Discounts available for the return of trays and tubes). Plant NOW while the ground is moist and the summer ends.

21.01.2022 Spring 2020, grown and abundance everywhere.

21.01.2022 Look at what the next door neighbours gave us. Only had to harness the flow and allow it to be soaked up by the soil in the top paddock.

20.01.2022 View from our green and lush Autumn at Jacmarall Farm.

19.01.2022 Nerding out on some mapping for planning tree plantings, access and fencing. @nickhuggins79 of Regenerative Landscapes Australia put his UAV upside and a couple... of days later we received plant health, DTM, contour and HD full colour photogrammetry files which we can now apply the @regrarians platform to develop what we want to develop. 18.01.2022 I'm expanding on a request from Alex Sims about fencing around bends. This method is what I would call semi permanent fencing. Good for Cattle, Sheep, pigs etc... Huggins Lazy Strainer. I have PDF of the system please email me at [email protected] if you would like a copy. It involves making a H for the strainer out of 50x50mm SHS steel (for the uprights) and 25x25mm SHS steel for the cross sections. 1) Stainer posts need to be Gal posts. 2) Post spacing at max 2...0m. 3) Invest in a good Gallagher i-series energiser. I use 5800i on 103ac and it even keeps the neighbours out. Punches out between 11-12000 volts. I had a little cry last week when I touched it!! - 4) Cattle education in important, I've run 300 head + calves and not had an issue. - 5) Corners can be done in one run, I've done up to 300m in one fence line. The H frame is set to 90 to the wire and goes on the inside of the corner. I'll do a post in #7 Fencing and explain it more. Over all cost.... $2.75 per Lm. Westerns Fencing - $7-9 per Lm. 6) Tension is not high, If you don't like a little sag in your wires then decrease your post spacings. If anyone need me to explain it to them, please message me, happy to take phone calls.

Currently it has a Pioneer Guard (400m high the smallest guard in he range) it must move up to a All Rounder guard 600mm ( tallest of the triguard range) See more
