15.01.2022 Mittagong Training School For Boys - About time for justice is looking to talk to people who attended the Mittagong Training School For Boys in New South Wales, at any stage in its existence. The school was known to be operational between the years 1947 to 1976, although prior to 1947 had been known as the Mittagong Farm School for Boys. As such, we believe the facility was known by the following names during its time: - - The Mittagong Training School For Boys.... Training School for Boys, Mittagong. Mittagong Farm School for Boys (pre-1947). - - Mittagong Training School ceased operations in 1976, with boys being transferred to Ormond House in Thornleigh, NSW. It had been situated at Bong Bong Road, near Old South Road, at Mittagong. - We work with survivors of institutional abuse to achieve justice and reparations. If you attended the Mittagong Training School For Boys and would like to talk to us, please contact one of our consultants for expert advice.
