23.01.2022 It’s easy to be positive in life when everything is going your way, but when you feel like it’s the complete opposite and nothing can go right, you have to bite back down on that mouth guard and keep fighting. Positivity is the key to success and remember that everything will always get better

11.01.2022 Last year in Australia there was over 3030 deaths by suicide, with an average of 8.3 deaths each day. Research shows receiving a compliment can enhance performance, social interaction, positivity in relationships and increase in general happiness. Not bad for something that's completely free and only takes seconds to do. What can you do to make a change? If you think that person looks nice, compliment them. If you think that person is doing well, let them know. If you think that person just simply needs a compliment, give them one. If you can be the reason someone smiles, do it. Your compliments can and will make someone’s day. Start doing your part and spread the positivity, you will make a difference. #strive

10.01.2022 Hi all, This post has been hard topic to post about as this has been a really hard decision for my team and I to make. Almost 2 weeks ago, we made the decision to withdraw from my next fight date on March 7th due to the declining state of my mental health. I live for boxing and for anyone who knows boxing, knows that this is 100% a mental game and at the moment I’m in no state to be stepping into that ring. I’m now doing better, where I’m seeking the help I need and I promise I’ll be back stronger than ever. My message to you is to please reach out and seek the help you need, as it could save your life.
