25.01.2022 What a better way to start 2020 with a charity event. An ironic one given I ended up with a blood clot from swimming. But with the first rib removed I have been given the doctors ok to swim again. Though he says very very gently and only short distances. Let’s help make a hospital stay slightly easier for the kids that end up there

10.01.2022 We annually post up here thanking our wonderful staff and clients for a year that has gone and looking forward to the year ahead. This years instalment is brought to you from the hospital where I have been since last week kicking a blood clot out of my shoulder. Alls looking good and hoping for a release tomorrow.
