06.01.2022 JUST A TIP FOR FINANCE DATES Just letting everyone know that the department of housing have now blown out to 15 working days to issue out the mortgage documents Don’t leave yourself short by putting anything under 40 days for settlement on your contracts if you are obtaining finance through Keystart. You can do on or before so if all is ready earlier you can settle then but cutting it fine could mean you will pay penalties.
