24.01.2022 Ive had this statue in my room next to my salt lamp from day 1, but the other night my stare was fixated on it! It made me think of those beautiful cuddles you receive from your little ones where they surrender all their weight and wrap themselves around you (arent they the best!) Those cuddles youve received from your Mum which makes you feel like everything will be ok. Those moments you take for granted! Its just a time which reminds you the importance of love for your family, friends and your community around you. Be safe everyone and stick together in this time of uncertainty

23.01.2022 With our neck made up of over more than 20 muscles that attach to various parts of the skull, spine, rib cage and shoulder girdle. No wonder it is common to have a sore neck! A bit of a fun fact our neck is actually supporting our head which can weigh approx 5kg!! Not only does our neck support our head in the upright position but it also facilitates movements of the head, jaw, upper back and shoulders. Whether it be from poor posture, lifting something too heavy or maybe... a collision or fall the neck is going to be vulnerable to strains and tension.
