15.01.2022 New Innercity Fleet Maintenance Facilty - Kangy Angy This $300 million governement initiative is coming close to completion. Working on the Main Warehouse Building, Security Building, Wheel Lathe, Traction Sub Station, & Train Wash Building. Shane, Mark, Mark & many more who have been apart of this project have done an exceptional job! Bringing together a wide range of office fitout products achieving fire rating requirements, sound rating needs, sound deadening of noise reve...rberation in meeting rooms (3D Autex Tiles), plant rooms (CSR Acoustic Martini Panels), outdoor plant rooms (Reapor Tiles) and the Warehouse (Stratocell Panels), and forming air plenums to name a few. We even went the extra mile on this one and painted the place as well as installing 800m of train walkway warning treads. 13.01.2022 Hunter Valley Grammar School Cafe This growing school has just added a delux cafe to the end of one of their buildings with a couple of classrooms below. This project features a timber veneer perforated raking ceiling which line up with solid timber soffits. 09.01.2022 Newcastle Family Law Courts: Completion of the extended and refurbed family law courts is weeks away. Seems the architect likes curves, curves and more curves. We had curved plasterboard ceilings, curved antique brass polished anodized perimeter trims to Supawood feature battens, antique brass polished anodized window and door frames, sliding glass doors, Armstrong green metal ceiling tiles and green grid including curved aluminium T bar, gold powdercoated solid aluminium fe...ature ceiling strip, acoustic partitions, fire partitions, Supawood feature walls with curved corners, Armstrong mineral fibre ceiling tiles and flat aluminium skirting. A lot of long lead time items to sort out to ensure delivery on time! Another project the Crockett team can be proud of!
