05.01.2022 Today dinner brought to you by Kambrook . Always prefer gas cooking but when it’s not an option, this (not so) little guy is fine for the job . This dish is done under 15’ (And No, not Jamie Oliver’s 15 minutes) including preparation (minus the prawns coz it come in prepeeled/deveined ). Tips: to get crunchiness of the prawns, put it in the microwave n semi-cook them before tossing it with the rest of the veggies n finish cooking. I used some white bits of shallots, finely chopped ginger n crushed garlic in this dish. For veggies: whichever you have left in the fridge: mushrooms, cabbage, beans, broccoli... For those veggies like carrots, baby corn, (and specially) cauliflowers, make sure you put them in first n half cooked them before adding in others, add some water if needed. And voila
