22.01.2022 Monday motivation This is one of our clients damo !! Absolutely nailing our gym programs and seeing maximum results !! Damo is training 5 days a week on a split program from our coaches and one Pt sessions a week so Jade knows he is keeping up his weights to her standards .. We had to work with a few imbalances before advancing to a strength program. And as you can see Damos dedication and consistency to the program, we are seeing constant strength increases and phys...ical changes shown in his before and now photos !! Absolutely proud coaches !!!! Here is a few words from Damo his self : When I first started getting back into the gym I was struggling for that extra push and what to/how to train, then I joined the Drew Crew where they have corrected my form and am pushed to my limit and in turn seen massive changes from when I started with them. if it wasn't for them and their programs and help I wouldn't of gotten to where I am now

20.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW .. that exercise is beneficial to the growth of your baby ? . . Crazy huh? .... . For so long there has been a stigma around woman exercise whilst pregnant and how it can harm the unborn baby .. Ive had my fair share of arguments in the gym when people have told me I was doing the wrong thing .. haven’t we @talisaandtribe ... . . What I find more annoying, is that it is socially acceptable for pregnant mothers to be seen in McDonald ordered a double Big Mac .. that is full of who knows what chemicals .. but a pregnant mother working out has been seen to be frowned upon. . . I have 3 pages worth of benefits.. Not only for the baby, during labour and also the recovery of the mother.. But here is a few 1. Women who exercise regularly while pregnant have more circulatory reserve, which enables them to better deal with anticipated and unanticipated cardiovascular system stresses such as haemorrhage, trauma, anaesthesia. 2. Exercising may increase the mother’s aerobic capacity. This is very advantageous during pregnancy where the lungs and diaphragm can be restricted due to the growth of the baby particularly in later pregnancy. 3. In labour there is improved ability to deal effectively with intermittent reductions in uterine blood flow and oxygen delivery. This means there is an additional protection in the event of unanticipated maternal stresses, specifically during serious traumatic injury, medical emergencies and/or other complications during labour. . . Be sure before exercising you seek medical clearance, get properly advise from a woman’s physiotherapist or personal trainer qualified in this field, And listen to your body ... . When training pregnant clients the goal is to work with the clients body to increase muscle strength to help carry and birth the baby .. we aren’t hitting PBs or trying to burn out, we are helping prepare for the marathon of pregnancy and motherhood . . This is the time to treat your body like gold .. as it is growing one of those most precious creations ever . #fitpregnancy #pregnancyexercise

12.01.2022 This week we had the week off enjoy the family time with beautiful friends ... I was so nervous going away as my weight loss and post baby body is on track and progressing well.. and as I have previously mentioned since competeing Have had a negative relationship with food and once I eat something off my programmes diet .. I self doubt and sabotage and then end up eating 1000 times worse than that one bad thing .. Which then when I come back to normal I and unmotivated and ...it some times can keep snowballing .. But this time away was different ... and it excites me so much ... working on my mindset of my body and relationship with food is paying off ... this time I enjoyed my self without hating my self for it .. this time I was able to stop and just that one or two thing that I wanted and go back to normal next meal ... anyone who knows me I live for that wine and cheese platters and I think allowing my self to be okay with enjoying my self made it taste even better .. The best thing was having an apartment that we could cook in .. The day before check in with my progress ..I got a little nervous and that self sabotage started to raise its head but with a little self pep talk ,reassuring myself if i went backwards a little it’s all apart of the journey .. BUT .. The checkin showed that i had another loss in both cms and kgs ... Yes that it awesome and what I’m striving for but my achievement this week comes from becoming a stronger healthier and happier person knowing I’m controlling the self sabotage and negative self talk .. finally after 5 years kicking it to the curve.. Since coming home I have found it easy to transition back into routine and diet .. this is the stuff that makes it last forever

Yes you need to work hard, yes you need to be committed, yes you need to show up always BUT this does not mean you need to become robotic and be perfect. . Having a bad day?
