24.01.2022 Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it There is a lot more to training then only focusing on your physical appearance. The Body is a wonderful thing and is capable of so much movement. If your ONLY fitness goal this year is aimed at your physical appearance, try adding a performance goal aswell, such as the ones below that I found today to help with that extra motivation and enjoyment at the gym!

23.01.2022 Choccy protein balls! Give these yummy & easy protein balls a go! They are great for a snack or a bit of desert! Ingredients: - 1.5 cups of oats ... - 3 cups dates - 2 Tbs cacao powder - 1 serve chocolate protein powder - 2 Tbs peanut butter - Shredded Coconut (roll ball in this once they are done) Tip- instead of buying medjol dates which are $$$ I buy pitted dates (found in cooking/health isle) which are alot cheaper and I boil them in water to make them soft and gooey. 22.01.2022 What a year 2019 was !! This before / after was taken last month compared to Feb this year. I weigh the exact same and am happy with my body in both photos. The difference? I am fitter, stronger and healthier then I have ever been and feel so much better mentally. I’m So happy and proud with what I’ve accomplished and how I’ve grown this year with myself and my career . Never have I pushed myself this far out of my comfort zone and achieved the things I have, and I’ve loved every bit of it. I have met the most amazing people who have helped and inspired me to be where I am today I can’t wait to keep pushing myself more and more in 2020 to make this Year an even better one!

21.01.2022 Receiving the news yesterday that all gyms were to close felt surreal. This is a place where I become so passionate in the means of helping others and myself. I’m going to miss for now walking into my jobs every day and having all my beautiful clients make me smile and remind myself why I love what I do. Remember this is only temporary, so together we will stay strong! And for all the other Personal Trainers out there- stay positive, get creative and think of the opportunities that can come out of this! Keep Moving everyone
