We love planning holidays from start to finish building relationships with our clients and hearing about the amazing trips they have had when they return. We dont get paid amazingly but we are there because we are for travelers by travelers. We have been though many global disasters before including 9/11, bali bombings, Sri lanka bombings, France bombings, GFC, SARS, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Volcanos, Cyclones, you ...name it we have probably dealt with it. What we are going through right now though is unprecedented. The travel industry will however bounce back! Soon enough the airlines will be flying, cruise ships will be sailing, and the world will reopen for those who have a desire to explore this amazing planet of ours! All I ask is that if at all possible please dont cancel your travel plans for refunds please put your travel plans into future holiday credits. This will keep over 30,000 agents in their jobs and sustain us to be there for you to continue helping plan amazing travel Experiances. As of Monday 6th Jan we will have a space in our office to collect... food, clothes, drinks anything you feel would help our fellow aussies in need.
