25.01.2022 What is hypnosis and how does it work? Imagine that your subconscious and conscious mind is like a brand-new car. Your conscious mind is like the inside of the car. It might appear that we are steering the car because this is where the car is controlled. In fact, the real control of the car is happening underneath. 10% of the control is handled on the inside. The other 90% is under the hood, which occasionally needs a tune up, adjustment or repair. The conscious and subconsc...ious mind work the same way. With the conscious mind, we think we are in control, but it is the subconscious mind that drives our motivation for every choice we make. These motivations originate from our childhood years. If you said that every decision, we make is from the perspective of a child, that would be true. Everything we know is seeded from childhood experiences and grows from there. Your inner emotional child never grows up. Where it is maladjusted, we can replace better more comforting solutions under hypnosis. In other words, 10% of your decisions come your adult mind. 90% come from your childlike mind. 90% control emotions, illness, relationships, career goals, recovery from injury and happiness. When the past was really good, you can live there because just thinking back on it gives you a feeling of comfort and happiness. Bottom line, youre overwhelmed, and you think: Geez! Im stressed out! Dont worry. Youre not alone. In todays world, with its endless distractions and lightning-fast pace of work and life, stress has become much more common. ... According to a recent survey, more adults are feeling stress and anxiety than ever before. And thats why more and more people are turning to stress hypnosis for relaxation. Stress, in a nutshell, is a psychological response to external and internal stimuli. Its completely natural, and were hardwired to experience stress. The problem is, though, that the stress is activated more frequently and were living in this state for longer periods. Hypnosis, though, can help us to de-stress and unwind.
