02.01.2022 Public service announcement: If the real estate agent tells you there is multiple offers on a property, there actually is, and you can’t get mad and start swearing at them because your offer didn’t get picked and you would have paid more. Sorry but that’s how it works, you need to make your best offer to avoid bitter disappointment. Multiple offers means multiple offers, it’s not something we would ever say to try to get you to increase your price that’s what seller negotia...tions are for, seller negotiations after a multiple offer presentation might not happen. The market is changing again..... buyers have forgotten what competition feels like.
