02.01.2022 Sweet potato hummus and pita whipped this incredible dip up today for an afternoon snack. Doesn't even compare to store bought dips and its so simple to make, roast 1 large whole sweet potato, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of soaked and cooked chickpeas, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, juice of half lemon, salt and pepper and a splash of olive oil. Add it all to a food processor and blend until smooth YUM! - @howarth_and_co
02.01.2022 Quiche! Probably one of my favs. Wholemeal shortcrust pastry filled with an eggy cottage cheese mixture topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms and a little thyme. Mini ones for the little man who could quite happily finish them off in one sitting! - @howarth_and_co
