23.01.2022 I have been working with Tanay Smith for social media strategy. My confidence, knowledge, creativity has evolved exponentially. I highly recommend you participate in this 3 day training.... Invest in yourself. I did, and do

22.01.2022 Im not dismissing your fears. For me I like to research the science and facts. If this information is helpful for you for your own self management of your health then the job of science is done.... Lets let Science do the talking, as Im not a scientist. Do masks work? In school we learnt about breathing in oxygen and breathing out Carbon Dioxide. So wouldnt it pose a question then blocking Oxygen in our bodies is not helpful for our internal health??? I wonder what Carbon Dioxide poisoning would do to a compromised immune system? ACUTE respiratory failure perhaps.

21.01.2022 I love musicians. I think artists are the most amazing people because they're constantly creating beauty for the world. With all the crazy stuff going on in the world, then there's artists reminding us of our humanity and reminding us of our heart and soul and what really matters.

21.01.2022 Music has healing power. It has the ability to take people out of themselves for a few hours.

20.01.2022 Well here we are in August 2020 already and I don't know about you but whoa. How are you? How is COVID19 influencing your reality and would you say you are adapting OK? ... In QLD Australia I feel like we have moved out of the first round of lock down into a very fragile bubble... In the past few months, or even now you may have been confronted with shifting priorities and a completely new way of working. In these last months, our lives have been overturned in some intense ways: health & mental well-being, finances, peace of mind But I say to myself as a mantra "every day we have the chance to be better, stronger, healthier, and every day I know I am". With everybody's well-being front line in our brains, perhaps it's time we investigated what we can do to begin to PREVENT the fast flare-ups, and the moderate consuming pandemics that compromise all of us. Unfortunately, in today’s world being healthy comes with a price. Regardless of whether you are experiencing an interminable ailment or are healthy needing to keep up your present circumstance, it will be significant that you get ready for anything with regards to the eventual fate of your well-being. Particularly if that future accompanies a significant expense tag. Wherever we are, whatever we’ve gone through - we can use this opportunity - to redefine normal and elevate our health and our lives to be better - to go beyond the status quo.

19.01.2022 Music does a lot of things for a lot of people. It's transporting, for sure. It can take you right back, years back, to the very moment certain things happened in your life. It's uplifting, it's encouraging, it's strengthening.

15.01.2022 Since my Stroke in 2016, Ive experienced so many changes, challenges, loss of relationships, friendships, loss of self, unrealistic expectations, misunderstandings and down right loneliness. Dont get me wrong, there has been many victories as well. This is not a pity post. For those who have experienced a brain injury will relate to some of the above.... Treat it as information and awareness. As a stroke survivor, I can say I see first hand how those who are witness to the recovery, or who are witness to someone they know who had a brain injury, that it takes a great deal of compassion and patience. However sometimes it is too much to bare and some have walked away. Or have acted in a way that gives them comfort, but not necessarily helpful. Stroke attacks the brain, the human control centre, impacting both physical and mental abilities. It happens in an instant, changing the lives of the survivor and their loved ones forever there is no time to prepare for the journey ahead. Stroke can impact a survivors physical and emotional wellbeing, but also their independence, their role within their family, financially and their career, where they live, friendships, every element of life, she said. credit:Stroke Foundation Queensland State Manager Andrea Sanders. November 2017 I couldnt have summed it up better myself. Brain Injury recovery is a lonely road. If I had a $100 for everytime I was asked "how did you do it? How did you recover?" I would be wearing some very fancy shoes..lol The short is answer. "I just did" There were a lot of hard days, dark days, and the sun did shine brightly for some as well. Now, the hard days arent as many, but they still happen. The dark loneliness hangs around until it is given a voice, and then there are days where simply sitting by myself at a cafe having a coffee, being still in solitude, because the words and the world is trapped in my head, no matter how strong I appear to be, is all that is needed to watch the world go about its day.

13.01.2022 Hi, I am making these masks for a local music band. I love being creative. Its been quite rehabilitative for my Brain Injury. Would you like me to make you one?

12.01.2022 Have you felt like you have been a ghost lately? Meaning, through out all the lock down here in QLD I had the best of intentions of keeping in touch but things got in the way. I do have an email list and I do have phone numbers and I have my social media , however I had gone into a fox hole.... Maybe it was Covid and now that we are back to a new "normal", lets get re-aquatinted. Somewhere in the middle of homeschooling, diving down the rabbit hole that Alice created for Social Media and seeing the abundance of opportunities created in home business, traditional business now at home, the do and do nots of home business as well as focusing on not becoming the massive size of a roasted marsh mellow. Did you become a ghost somewhere in the middle of all this too? So please reintroduce your self to me as I am now to you. I am Lauralee. It is my intention to share with others my choices of health supports such as Plant Based Stem cell Wellness backed by Science. Share my love of beauty, with fabulous skincare Support our immune systems with the power of plants through Essential oils. As well as blog a little about my Brain Injury, being a mumpreneur with the intention to inspire and help others.
