20.01.2022 Thankyou beautiful mummas for my flowers! We had a lovely breakfast this morning to celebrate the end of the 6 week challenge, with 5 of the mums measured so far we have had a total loss of 14.6kg, 121cm and 4.8% body fat!!! Its amazing the results you can get in a short amount of time! No rest for the wicked the mums and a few new ones are starting their next 6 week challenge on tuesday! i love my job, look at the amazing people I get to hang out with

19.01.2022 The most amazing corn salad ever...you all HAVE to try it!! -3 corn cobs chargrilled on the BBQ and sliced. -1/2 chilli finely diced -handful coriander finely diced - 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved... -2 shallots or 1/4 red onion diced Combine all together, squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over the top, salt and pepper... YUM!!

17.01.2022 Smashed my goal which I had hoped to achieve by may...10km in sub 60mins. I just ran 10km in 55mins and had to complete 11.3km which I finished in 1.03hrs..feeling so chuffed with myself, finally getting there after 5 years of hell with my knees!
