We appreciate all your support. Moving forward, things will be a little different. We have created a more quieter and intimate experience for you. Please know, that our commitment is to the health and safety of our team, clients and community.... We ask that you please follow our regulations thoughtfully: 1. Should you have been in any contact with anyone known to have COVID 19 at anytime of this epidemic, please do not come into the salon and notify us immediately. Although you may not have any symptoms, we cannot place our team at any risk. 2. In the case you have any symptoms such as a sore throat, coughing, fever, shortness of breath or any other flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. 3. Please notify us when you are running late and we too will contact you if we are running late. Please note, we have allocated extra time to your individual service for cleaning procedures. 4. Please come in solo. That is, do not be be accompanied by anyone, including children. For your safety and the safety of staff members, here are some of the things we are implementing: *Taking temperatures of all clients on arrival *Hospital grade sanitises throughout the salon *Reducing the amount of people in our salon *All staff members will be wearing gloves & masks *Disposable coffee cups will be used for all refreshments and disposed of after each use *Consistent sterilisation of all chairs, basins and equipment *The disinfecting of our entire salon, including: reception desk area, all door handles, chairs, benches & basins (after every use) *At this stage, we will not be offering any magazines for reading, however you are welcome to bring your own. *At this stage, trading hours will be at three days a week (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).
