25.01.2022 Saturday 14th November - NARU EXCITEMENT!! Tomorrow morning we have our first Naru session for the season. We absolutely love Naru and how relaxed and chilled it is in the early morning, though tomorrow morning might have a bit more of a buzz to it! Kim and Chris and their family are coming along tomorrow morning and bringing with them the crew from NBN to film for a segment in the third season of a local lifestyle show called Location Lifestyle Living....Ekkkk!!!!!!... We are super exited, though a little nervous, about having so much buzz down at Naru tomorrow! Jade x

21.01.2022 VIP January 2020 So, I know it is a couple of months late, though here is our first opportunity to join our 2020 VIP list for Santa photos. The deal is, the first 10 people to comment below get to go on the VIP list for this year. This will allow you to have early access to make your booking for Santa photos so that you don't miss out.... What's the catch?? All you need to do is choose and pay for your session and package now (by the end of the week) and sit back knowing that you are guaranteed a session with Santa this year :) GO!!!!!!

15.01.2022 Emails/Facebook/SMS Hi All, Just thought I would touch base about the best way to contact us at SOTB.... EMAIL/FACEBOOK The preferred way we like to receive correspondence is via Facebook messenger or E-mail. These are easy to keep track of and follow up, mark as unread and see the history of our chat. Please try not to send both an email and Facebook message, as this then takes up more time answering you twice as we have different staff replying to different messages. Just send us one of the above and we promise we will get back to you as soon as we can. SMS Unless you receive an sms from me and are replying, we ask that you DON'T send us an sms. We have so many of these lately, and we can't mark as unread to follow up later, and once deleted we don't know what previous conversations we have had with you. PHONE Please note that the phone is only manned from 9.30-2.30pm week days. Whilst we do try and answer the phone out of these times, generally we are on the beach photographing, picking up children from School, or in transit to/from the beach....with a little bit of sleep in between. I have had a large number of correspondence coming through lately in regards to locations, when orders will be completed, if we have a wait list, and a few others. All of this information is on our FAQ's and Terms & Conditions (which I am hoping that you all read when prompted on the website). As of today, any email that are asking anything that was on the T&C's or can be found on the FAQ's will be at the bottom of the priority list. For every email we get asking about time frame of your order, we fall further and further behind on the editing and getting your orders finalised. Weekend correspondence is also limited as it is just myself on board for the weekend. All other staff are on deck from Monday-Friday to help with enquiries. 14.01.2022 Wow, what a weekend....and it’s only half over!!! A rained out session last night (I’m trying to reschedule this as quickly as possible), a morning down at Naru with Location Lifestyle Living, a quick shop with Miss 7 (who desperately needs some mummy time) and back to redhead again in a few hours!! Tomorrow is our first Blacksmiths session! Thanks for everyone who came this morning to be a part of the filming and being patient while we got the perfect shots it really is ...appreciated more then you know. Fingers crossed no more afternoon/evening rain until after Xmas

13.01.2022 Covid Set! I’ve had a few enquiries about how we will set up our photos this year to stick with COVID regulations. I’m sorry it’s not the best photo, though this is how Santa will be social distancing this year. He will be on the seat to the left while all families will be on the right! ... This year we have 3 lovely new staff members helping us out on the beach. You will see Sofala, Meila or Lacey down on the beach with us to make sure our set is cleaned in between each family. Whilst we have had to put on extra staff, we have made the decision to keep our prices the same as previous years, keeping it affordable for everyone after a rough year. 3 weeks to go!!!! Jade x

As you can imagine we have so much that needs to be thought through and so many changes to be made, and we really don't want to miss a thing. 11.01.2022 What an afternoon!!!! I have to be honest, after photographing the first three families I was worried I wasn’t going to make it!! I was getting a little light headed and just wanted to dive straight into the ocean. But with lots of dips in the creek, a delivery of ice cold drinks from Lisa’s husband and daughter, a towel to stop the burn on my legs and feet (thanks Sofala for the many trips to the car) and best of all, a super cold beer or two from one of our lovely famil...ies!! Thanks Candice, never has an icy beer tasted so darn good!!! Thanks to Lisa and Sofala for braving the heat with me today, and for all our families who came to visit Santa we hope you are all now home cooling off before it hits us again tomorrow. 07.01.2022 Order update!! BIG run to the printers today with lots of packaging tomorrow! Shari has been on a mission with emailing digitals, though we still have lots to go!... These are all from many days on the beach, so I will update with exactly what days are completed tomorrow when all the packaging and emails have been sent! Remember, the turn around time is maximum 2 weeks, so please only contact us about your order if you have waited longer then 2 weeks, or you see me post advising that your day is complete. DON’T FORGET TO CHECK JUNK/SPAM!! The last 7 days are a good indication on why we say it could take two weeks!! Kindy orientation (from what we think is the best school ever ) vomiting bug, hospital trips resulting in stitches, swimming lessons, HIPPY graduation, Colour run for canteen, and somewhere in there.......a few hours sleep

After trying to spend all my time with my girls while they were on holidays, I am finally back on deck with all kiddies back at school....yay!!! ;) I do have a number of e- mails and messages to get through, as well as a whole heap of other 'jobs', so please be patient with me while I get to these over the next week.... 03.01.2022 Order Update PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before contacting me in regards to your order!! DIGITAL FILES ... All files have been sent for dates up to and including Thursday 12th December PRINTS Prints have been packaged for dates up to and including 7th December. We have a large order currently at the printers for dates between 8th-12th December. I will send out another update once these have been packaged for collection. REMEMBER - it is a maximum 2 week wait for your order (or no later then 24th Dec for orders closer to Christmas Day). If you have waited longer then 2 weeks then your order is definitely ready, so feel free to contact me in a private message if you haven’t received your completion email (PLEASE CHECK JUNK/SPAM) Jade x

02.01.2022 Friday 13th November - Weather Update: ALL SESSIONS CANCELLED Please sit tight while we contact everyone and work out a reschedule.... Please just sit tight with this weather! We still have an hour and this storm is moving super fast....so you never know our luck!! If you are having to travel and have a time slot that means you have to leave now, I am happy for you to make the decision to get kids dressed to leave. Completely understand if you’d prefer not to get the kids ready to find out the storm hasn’t cleared as quickly as it came! I will comment in this post wi the updates! Jade

02.01.2022 Wet Weather!!! In previous years we have postponed during wet weather, though this year we hope to continue shooting if it is a little wet. We will still postpone if there are lightning storms and also give you the opportunity to postpone if you’d prefer, though with limited time available on the beach we will try our hardest to keep on keeping on. ... 01.01.2022 Weekend Sessions! If you haven’t already noticed, we aren’t shooting on the Beach this weekend!! Why?? Because this fantastic man is away with his family, as it’s his 35th (x2) birthday on Monday! ... Happy Birthday Wayne, Mr E, Dad, Granddad.....SANTA!!!
