Japan Pop Culture Festival 2020 Event Announcement In light of the emergence of COVID-19 community transmission in SA, we would like all patrons, v...olunteers and stallholders to rest assured that we have taken the utmost precautions to place health and safety at the forefront of our event. This includes: - A mandatory COVID-Safe plan approved by SA Health, and a COVID-Management plan; - Hand sanitiser available; - A dedicated cleaning team throughout the event; - Masks available for all volunteers upon request; - Social distancing markers; - Details of all attendees collected for the purpose of contact tracing only; - The presence of COVID marshals; - Strict venue capacity enforced. Our pre-purchased ticket allocation is capped to ensure venue capacity is not exceeded. We STRONGLY encourage anyone wishing to attend the event to pre-purchase tickets. Limited tickets will be available at the event, dependent on capacity. Contact details of all attendees will be recorded for the purpose of contact tracing. We encourage all attendees to wash their hands regularly, use hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home. This is a chance to show off any cosplay, fashion styles (like Lolita, Haraj...uku, Mori Kei, and more), traditional looks, and any other celebrations of Japanese culture.
