24.01.2022 It's with a heavy heart that we want to let everyone know that we lost one of our parents 2 days ago. John, who is Phoenix's dad and has been in our karate since 2008, passed away unexpectedly. We will really miss him up there at karate. He was just one of the regular faces, we knew him as a dad but also a friend of Jag Karate. We are so shocked. Rip John Cooper. Good bye our dear friend. Sombre feeling here tonight knowing we will never see you again. Much love to Mayumi and Phoenix at this time.

16.01.2022 The reason we don't do tournaments. Some clubs are all about ego, money with no heart or values taught to these young impressionable minds. A karate club should lift and inspire you.
10.01.2022 once or twice a year we have a beach training day/bbq/lunch day. Its great fun and a good training day.
