04.01.2022 This WA grown garlic smells AMAZING ! It’s been fermenting on my kitchen bench for 3 weeks and will last me the next 6 months in my fridge ! I refuse to buy p...roduce that has been shipped from overseas (the travel miles are insane) and for a good 6 months of the year all our garlic is from other countries. So this year I’ve come prepared. I purchased 2 kgs of the best garlic in WA from the JaHa Garlic Farm and have fermented 3/4 of it in this little jar to last me for 6 months Fermented garlic is not only amazing for your gut but it also taste DELICIOUS !!! 03.01.2022 We are busy in the garlic shed cleaning and sorting what we have harvested in December. Posted the first orders! You will find out soon if you are getting your garlic if you have ordered last year. Unfortunately we had a bad harvest and can’t take new orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 01.01.2022 We have about 50 kg of Giant White/Elephant/Russian JaHa Garlic for sale! We are happy to sell for $20 per kg but minimum order is 5 kg! The garlic is a mix of whole bulbs and individual cloves. Please send us your order or pick up it’s planting time soon!
