We are all creatures of habit, and programmed to take the path of least resistance ... I challenge you to create simple and easy healthy daily habits that will bring you closer to your goals. By creating these daily habits, they will become engrained in your daily routine Our motivation will not always be high everyday so that is why creating healthy habits are so important to keep you on track Some daily habits I recommend Plan your food in advance so you are less likely to overeat. Drink atleast 3L water daily. Hit a daily steps goal. Aim to turn off electronics 30minutes before bed (something I am not good at!). 01.01.2022 Want to know a little bit more about my story and background in the fitness world I am a certified Personal Trainer and Online Coach. As an active child, competitive Hockey player, athletics lover, I was well disciplined when it came to training As I transitioned from high school to adult life that was lost amongst a changed lifestyle where far less focus & priority was placed on my health. I quickly gained 20+kgs in a matter of 12 months ... Through poor nutritional habits, binge eating patterns and minimal exercise, I fell into a pattern of clutching to the latest fad diet (at 19-20 years of age) and only ever got short term, unsustainable results. I would lose a significant amount of weight only to fall back into old habits and gain twice as much as I lost I then found flexible dieting and strength training, after years of cardio and restrictive dieting, this was a god send! I very quickly saw results all whilst enjoying the foods I liked and getting stronger The health benefits I received through training and optimising my nutrition ignited my passion to enter the fitness industry as a personal trainer and a competitor. I competed in National Powerlifting Competitions setting 4x Junior National records My main goal as a coach is to initiate positive change in the lives of others through all aspects of health, fitness + wellness through evidence based nutrition and training methods.
