14.01.2022 MARKET UPDATE: I'm getting lots of people asking how the property market is doing in Hobart. It may sound surprising, but the truth is we are absolutely swamp...ed! I've been so encouraged with the sales we've achieved over the past 7 days along with the level of enquiry on the properties we've brought to the market this week. What HAS changed is that we can no longer show properties to large groups of people at one time. What HASN'T changed is there appears to be a shortage of quality homes representing good value when compared to the amount of buyers looking to purchase... It'll be fascinating to watch this continue to unfold over the next couple of weeks!
