25.01.2022 Do you have a couple of dumbbells laying around at home? If you do, try these 3 exercises! These will target the 3 heads of the shoulders, which is really important to achieve that overall 3d look! 1. Front raise - targets the front delts 2. Side lateral raise - targets the side delts 3. Bent over raise - targets the rear delts

21.01.2022 No shoulder workout should be without a heavy press. I'm sure my clients have been told many times that shoulders are my fave body part to train Barbell military press, this exercise will target the front and the middle head of the shoulders!! I keep one foot behind the other for further stability. Try it out if you'd like 4 sets- 10 reps

19.01.2022 Here I am performing a dumbbell hammer curl. This movement focuses on the long head of the bicep and will make your biceps thicker. Every few days I will post a new video of either myself or my clients performing a new exercise.

15.01.2022 A bit about me :)- I've been working out for almost the entirety of my life. I have always been super passionate about my health and wellbeing, and I thought it was time to share my passion and knowledge with you guys!. I love helping people achieve their goals, and I can cater to anyone, whether it be you wanting to shed a few kilos, or looking to build some size. I can also put you on the right track by monitoring your nutrition, and recommending the right food. Feel free to message me anytime if you're interested.

04.01.2022 Again I am starting off with the basics! Here I am doing a Bodyweight Squat. Start with your feet about shoulder width apart, with your toes pointed slightly outward. Keep your head and chest up while bracing your core, then bend your knees and push your hips back as if you were sitting on a chair. Once you reach bottom position, push through your heels until you reach back to starting position. In my next video I will progress to a barbell squat!
