Right now we have the opportunity for first year carpenters who are looking to join an experienced, motivated crew of tradesman and learn the aspects of new home builds and who will move you towards your long term goals.... We don't accept anyone into our crews, in fact, we've declined many more applications than you'd imagine and have the workmanship and ethics throughout our company because of it. 2. You'll learn your trade from guys of varying backgrounds and experience meaning that one day in the future when you undoubtedly choose to chase your own goals, you will be a rounded tradesman who understands the fundamentals of both delivering the skills you require as a tradesman and businessman at the same time. 3.
