25.01.2022 Jakoma Equestrian Park has always been owned by Wayne and Jennie Franceschi. We started breeding first QH’s as KC Performance Horses and then later warmbloods as Jakoma Equestrian. At the time we felt we needed to try a breed some quality horses as we at that time did not have the cash flow to buy them. So for the past 19 years we worked hard to provide opportunities to the equestrian community and have always contributed to the equestrian community both in time, expertise a...nd money in regards to sponsorship. In the early years we contributed to pony club, we played a huge role in getting the Warren Equestrian Centre in Manjimup up and running, we sponsored not just showjumping in WA but also breed classes, agricultural shows, endurance and many other regional events. We happily took children to events to help create opportunities . Jakoma Equestrian Park is owned solely by Jakoma Investments, which is Wayne and Jennie Franceschi. We are still breeding quality horses and our current riders are as follows Georgie Siciliano on Jakoma’s Air Wings Z Chelsea Whittington on Jakoma’s Gladdys Van De Breemeersen Cameron Mitchell who has been riding both Jakoma’s JEP Heart Warming JB and JEP Hallonah and doing a great job getting them going. Grace Fuchsbichler who is now taking over the ride on Jakoma’s JEP Heart Warming JB Over in Europe Evie Buller is now training the Jakoma horses over there starting with JEP Kryptonite I will endeavour over the coming weeks to put up some of the highlights that we had over the years. Wayne and Jennie will continue to be involved in the horse community in WA as we have invested so much over the years and our breeding program is just starting to have horses enter the competition ring. We get great enjoyment out of seeing people do well on Jakoma horses and we love watching the journey of these young horses. We love breeding quality horses that are rideable and we love the many people we have made friends with along the way. Wayne and I have had a number of employees over the years with the horses and they are still a part of our lives. We always wish them well I take this time to also thank all those who have been so supportive through this very difficult time. We have had a very difficult couple of years and suffered quite a lot of betrayal and loss but we are made of strong stuff and are very resilient. So while we grieve for the people we have lost, through death or separation we are optimistic people who find happiness and joy in small things, so continue to thrive and grow and get excited about what life has to offer

24.01.2022 Very happy to see Chelsea Whittington on Gladys placing again today at SRSJC Autumn classic in the 1.05 and also riding a super round in the 1.15. Then it was g...reat to see JEP Arizona ridden by Georgie Siciliano winning the 1.15 and Cameron Mitchellon Beluci coming 3 rd. It was a wonderful event. Weather was delightful. 24.01.2022 I couldn’t tag people on the Jakoma FB page so I thought I would do it here. I just want to say a huge thank you to the many people that make it possible for Er...rol to go out and jump the way he does. Mya Goldsmith from Harrington Horses for finding him Darren Taylor from Taylor Made Performance Horses for bringing him on and building his confidence. Georgie Siciliano of Sovereign Performance Horses who has taken over his campaign and gives him such a beautiful ride that allows him to perform as his best. Behind Georgie are a team of people who help out on show days. Yesterday I’m pretty sure Vincent and Yvette Siciliano we’re running around juggling horses and helping to get Georgie out there. Tracey Hutcheson, Cameron Mitchell and Darren Taylor always pitch in when they see a need. I am always amazed at the stamina Georgie has to ride horse after horse and place them nearly all the time. I just wanted to say thank you to all those people behind the scenes that make days like yesterday possible. All the riders support people, all the people from the clubs and Horseland, Brookleigh, Hey Pesto the Frothy Float etc. All these people work hard leading up to the event and throughout the event to make it special. To get the photos , the live stream, the amazing commentary that I’m sure took time to research so all the information was there. All the sponsors who without their support these events also would not happen etc I am obviously very proud or Air Wings Z and all the Jakoma horses that are now starting to come out and hopefully make a name for themselves. It’s been an emotional journey over the years but it wasn’t that long ago that we had very few HOTY level horses in WA and now there are great numbers in those classes. WA breeders have been investing in quality horses for years now and the Horseland Young Horse Show is a wonderful event to showcase them. In some very difficult times I have had some wonderful support from the horse community. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to ALL those people who work so hard consistently to make it, not only a wonderful sport but a wonderful community. To Georgie and her team .... a special thank you to you all. You are all truely shining stars . My thanks you too

23.01.2022 It’s really nice when you invest in some quality mares and try and breed some quality horses and it all comes off well. I was sent these photos from the riders... of theses horses. Chelsea Whittington doing a super job on the beautiful Gladys. Wonderful to watch this partnership develop as Gladys is such a special mare. Her first baby is now rising 5 and getting out and about. Evie Ipsen bought our first Gladys baby just after she was started under saddle. As you can see from the photos Porscha is developing into a lovely young horse with loads of potential. Gladys has such amazing heart, work ethic and is truely a special horse. Now with 5 ET babies on the ground and soon to have a grand baby, all I can say is her babies are really special. It’s not just about the capacity to jump but also about the temperament and how rideable they are. Even though Gladys doesn’t carry her babies, they are definitely hers. One of the reasons I love Errol .... Air Wings Z is also about his nature. His willingness, attitude, ride ability etc all are factors that make me rate him so highly. 22.01.2022 FOR SALE Reluctantly for sale due to no fault of his own. AIR WINGS Z ... Imported 6yo Stallion by Air Jordan Z 16hh, AWHA and Zangersheide Reg, AWHA classified. Words can describe how much we love this horse! Hes careful, brave, powerful but most of all, hes the worlds biggest gentleman. Exceptionally well established on the flat, and jumping around the 120s with wins and placings. This young stallion is an absolute trier! Errol was the 2017, WA Young Showjumping Champion, and this past season has really lived up to that name. Hes quick against the clock and as careful as they come. Although only 16hh, he rides quite large and has more than enough scope to jump the biggest of classes Australia has to offer. Quiet to handle in every way, wouldnt know he was entire unless you looked. Happily stands tied up at shows all day, and a pleasure to ride, compete, handle, collect etc. Would suit a talented young rider, professional or possibly even a talented junior under regular guidance. 12.01.2022 I suppose most people know by now so I thought I would make it formal. I recently had an offer for Air Wings Z ... Errol from a Olympian s stable in the Netherl...ands. I decided to accept that offer and Errol will be leaving WA in December. I bought Errol from Mya Goldsmith from Harrington Horses when he was 2.5yrs old and imported him into WA. He started his ridden career with Darren Taylor from Taylormade Performance Horses who put an amazing foundation on him and rode him to win the Western Australian Young Shiwjumping Horse championship in 2017. Darren gave Errol a lot of confidence. Then at the beginning of this year Georgie Siciliano of Sovereign Performance Horses Australia took over the ride and we all watched Errol live up to his name. I think all of us in WA who were so fortunate to get shows happening before anywhere else, got a lot of enjoyment Errol and Georgie in the ring. As so many of our shows have been live streamed and the commentary has been so amazing .... other people got to see him too and just enjoy what a lovely combination Georgie and Errol became. I have certainly enjoyed the journey and all of us that love Errol so much have shed a few tears of this sale. However, for me to import a horse from Europe, have him produced in WA only to be sold back to such a top stable in Europe is a good thing for WA Equestrian. It is certainly a feather in the caps of Darren and Georgie who have produced this young, very special stallion to this level. COVID has changed the world but the good thing. About live stream is it is what it is .... it’s not a cut and paste. I am sure there will be others that follow in his footsteps. I would like to thank the many people who have loved and supported Errol along the way. He has such a fan club in WA and I’m sure we will all miss him. I would especially like to thank Darren and Georgie, who brought out the best in him and helped him to soar. Also to Ashley Gallagher who was the go between and had the connections to make people aware of what’s happening over here I am getting him collected and frozen so I can cover all his breeding commitments should we not get them all done with fresh before he leaves. While we will have some tears when he goes I am sure you all join me in wishing Air Wings Z a wonderful career back in the land of his birth. Thank you Errol for being the perfect unicorn and bringing so much joy to so many. You will be missed

Cecil is a seasoned Grand Prix mount who after a successful 8.5 years of partnership, has done is job for me and is now ready to give a Junior/Young Rider/Amateur confidence and experience around the bigger classes. If the perfect horse was to exist then this guy would be pretty close to it. He is a really easy, straight forward ride who knows his job. The horse has no stop and no dirt, even at the biggest of fences. Hes careful, brave and very, VERY honest.
