24.01.2022 Some heavy lifting on site at Camp Hill last week for the team at Active Build. No wonder the big guns were called in to lift the 7.5m long 410mm deep steel UB beam, wouldnt have been fun trying to man handle that onsite. Stay tuned for the next update

17.01.2022 Before and After- complete interior and exterior renovation.

17.01.2022 Stage 2 of the Aspley renovation involved sheeting of building work from Stage 1, cutting new stair void in floor & associated re-alignment of hallway, extension of timber flooring over conc slab, plastering, new stair & kitchen installations & painting to bring it all together. A few small finishing touches to go like glass splashbacks (to be Dulux Passionate Blue) and floor sanding.

06.01.2022 Excited to see a start on site for Matty & Kelsie from Active Build for their new project at Camp Hill that we designed and documented. Looking forward to following its progress.

06.01.2022 A great project we have been involved with. Looking forward to opening day to see the finished product and try some delicious burgers, street food & beverages.

05.01.2022 First part of this project was to remove the patio enclosure and leaking roof, and rebuild with new fc clad walls and flat roof to maximise ceiling height internally. Next step was to install support beams for existing tiled roof, remove internal walls and open up the old patio space to be part of the main house in readiness for a new kitchen and internal stairs (stage 2 work).

03.01.2022 Exciting & fun project that JaLu Design & Drafting have proudly provided the design & documentation for. Working closely with the client & builder has resulted in a great fitout reflecting a modern industrial style for this new establishment which is sure to be a popular new location in the Stones Corner precinct. 5 Boroughs
