This beautiful family, which I’ve known for many years, told me that they wanted to sell their first home and move to their dream home and that I was always going to be who they were going to go with. 08.01.2022 Confession of a Real Estate Agent I’m sorry guys, I have to confess something. That’s right, I SOLD a house prior to going to MARKET!... Most of you know where I stand about this.. But I did say that there’s some exceptions and this one of those exceptions. First and foremost, the owner must be more than Happy with the outcome! And secondly there mustn’t be any doubt about the price. The last time I sold a house prior going to market was 3 years ago in a buyers market. Now that we are in a Sellers Market I still believe where possible is definitely GO to Market!
