11.01.2022 Hey guys! Just wanted to post a quick update for everyone as I’ve been getting a lot of messages recently Last week, I went under some small surgery to replace a problem I’ve had from my teenage years and it was a success! ... Unfortunately I need to take a few weeks away from the gym and most likely won’t be back until the end of October to let myself recover and heal! Fingers crossed it flies by these next few weeks and I’ll be back at the gym in no time! 04.01.2022 https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/333869 78 cases from 22 million visits since gyms re-opened? Why shut them I urge and encourage EVERYONE to sign this petition and make sure that the government understand it is VITAL that gyms stay open for physical/mental health and to help support people like myself and the guys at PureGym ... The data/results are to show, there’s no reason for gyms ANYWHERE to be closed (If the link doesn’t work I shall send it across for those who wish to sign)

Here’s to hoping 2021 is a much better year than the year we’ve just had For anyone that’s currently struggling at all with everything going on my messages are open if you need to have a chat at all or to let off any steam!...
