15.01.2022 Placement in Roma! Third year JCU Occupational Therapy students Kate Ross and Amy Saward had an amazing placement experience at the South West Hospital and Health Service, Roma Hospital. Our placement in Roma provided us with incredibly valuable and broad practical experience while also giving us the opportunity to work on a telehealth quality improvement project. We are both more inclined to work in a rural area after finishing placement due to the broad practice scope, the continuous learning and the friendly community culture we have experienced in Roma and surrounding South West Queensland communities.
