25.01.2022 Neat Little 7kw single phase Daikin Ducted installed into this Town House, 3 Zone system with variable air flow control. Outdoor unit installed up on roof not impacting on entertainment area. Many of the houses in this complex dont have proper electrical circuits to AS/3000 code, Many thanks to Jeremy from Efficient Power & Lighting for managing to get the power circuit from the switchboard to the outdoor unit. It wasnt easy!! Another happy customer with another quality installation from Everest Air & Refrigeration pty ltd.

25.01.2022 Saturday Call up at Mt Tamborine. We were able to locate the leak and get this large cool room up and running so the restaurant could continue trading.

25.01.2022 Common for pc boards to corrode near the ocean, Everest always uses corrosion protection spray when replacing pc boards in these instances.

19.01.2022 The team installed this Daikin slim line 7kw ducted system into a 2 bedroom apartment. This was an old building with no storm water drains on the outside of the building. To make the job trickier the body corporate are very strict about amount of air conditioners and looks from the outside of the building. We where able to come up with this installation instead of split systems which would not have worked in this instance or met body corporate requirements. 18.01.2022 Finish Friday off with a 7kw ducted install. Customer had multi head split system which did main living area and main bedroom. We replaced with Daikin ducted 4 zone system to Cool all 3 bedrooms and living area. Will look a treat with the new renovations. There is a picture of Kyan our apprentice in the roof this is a rare sight let me assure you

16.01.2022 Diagnosed faulty compresser to this old Fujitsu 16kw ducted air conditioner. Due to the age of the unit and the corroded condition of the pc boards it was deemed not economical to repair in the long run. We replaced with 16kw Daikin single phase ducted air conditioner. A crane was used to remove old outdoor unit off roof and place new outdoor unit onto roof. All new pipe work and accessories where supplied to ensure the new air conditioner will perform for many summers to come. This Burleigh business was happy to have their staff cooled down. Another great job by the team!! We even re fitted a loose air conditioner lid another contractor had left off.

These Ducted air conditioners are a great option for someone on a budget that still wants 5 years warranty and great performance. Big thanks to Effecient Power & Lighting for providing the electrical supply and helping out with the controllers. Customer is very happy with this little system and it saved them what would have been a uglier split system installation in this instance.

15.01.2022 Ducted swap over - upgrade from 12.5 kw unit to 16.0kw unit to handle two storey house, move outdoor unit from 3 metres high to ground floor to minimise salt spray from ocean and upgrade to Airtouch 4 controller and zone moters.

Drain was able to be run behind wall cavity and through ceiling. Which means the only visual on the outside of the house is what you see here. 12.01.2022 This was a large 25kw Ducted swap over completed by the team. Old unit gas was reclaimed, Pipe work could not be replace so it was flushed with cleaning solvent. Daikin controllers upstairs and down with zones. Great job performed by the team.

However it’s important to ensure correct size clean pipe work, deep vacuum, new isolaters, new brackets, new plastic feet and all materials are selected to ensure the new unit has the best chance to run many years out of its warranty period. Not all installs are created equally.

01.01.2022 This was a big project completed by the team, 4 x 7kw Braemer Ultimate split system installation. All units installed safely off a scissor lift and the project was carried out in such a way not to disturb the staff and business from normal trading. A lot of the work inside was carried out before Pacific Office Supplies was open. Big thanks to Ezy As electrical for installing all the circuits and power supply.
