This is running until the 13th December 2019 and is Free. ... Everybody has the potential to build a happier, healthier and stronger version of themselves so why not come along and enjoy some workouts from boxing, circuits, metafit, and many more different sessions and it doesn’t matter about your age or fitness levels I can adequately provide alternate workouts if unable to complete an exercise. 25.01.2022 FREE........... Yes we are Back for another 20 week Group fitness classes. Starting Wednesday 27th January 2021 for 20 weeks... Why not kickstart your 2021 fitness Journey with us and come and join us every Wednesday for 20 weeks and have a good workout. Start 6am - Finish 7am Please pm me your details so i can fill the council form out Full Name ... Phone Number ... E-mail Address .... Limited to 15 spots You will have to bring your own fitness mat (which you can buy from k-mart or big-w ) a towel and drink bottle, this is due to the covid-19. This is very important as if you don't bring a mat or towel you will not be able to do the class as per Moreton Bay council instructions. Also, everyone will have to fill in an exercise waiver form again both pages before the class, I will try and attached this to the group page so if you are able to print this of and fill it in and bring it along with you on Wednesday 27th January 2021 that would be great. If you can't I will have some forms handy for people to fill in before we start but please just ensure you arrive early so this can be completed before we start the class.
