We review any items that have appeared during your occupancy in the home and rectify as required Here we have our male model from Elite Painting, patching up where a little section of paint has shrunk back on a door frame where the stop meets the jamb.

07.01.2022 If you thought owning a home was out of your reach, let us point you in the right direction The Qld Government has this afternoon (31/7/2020) posted details of how the HomeBuilder program will operate for Qld homebuyers. As Qld Office of State Revenue is responsible for administering the grant it has now provided additional details for the grant.... The grant provides eligible owner-occupiers $25,000 towards the cost of building or buying a new home or substantially renovating an existing home with contracts signed on the 4/6/2020 onward. The grant will complement the existing first home owner grant programs QLD being $15,000 and anyone accessing the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and $5,000 Regional Building Boost. The grant is an Australian Government initiative that will be administered by the Qld Government through the Department of Treasury. Eligible owner occupiers must meet the income thresholds that apply: 1. Being an income of no more than $125,000 for singles. 2. No more than $200,000 for couples. This is in addition to the other requirements of the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme that apply to Australian citizens and age. To be eligible for the grant, construction must commence within three months of the contract date and applications must be made before 31 December 2020 and Qld guidelines are as follows: In relation to a new home, commencement of construction will be commencement excavation and site preparation works In relation to a substantial renovation, commencement of construction is when works under the renovation contract commence. In relation to an off the plan purchase, commencement of construction will be commencement excavation and site preparation works The intention is that applications are to be lodged via an online portal, which will be available shortly (talk to your Broker/Lender). 07.01.2022 This lady, is as tough as a cast iron nail...! Tahnee Svensk woke up one day earlier this year, and after going to the doctor and a series of tests later, was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. That would have to be pretty bloody ordinary news to say the least........ This lovely lady taught my daughters the joy of dance and movement, that allowed them to gain an incredible confidence at an early age. Something we will be forever thankful for Together with Lymphoma Australia, Tahnee is hosting a World Record Cartwheel Charity Relay to raise money and shine the limelight on National Lymphoma Awareness Day (Tues 15th Sept) by cartwheeling for 1.9klm (or approx. 1400 cartwheels) We are proudly donating to this event, if anyone down in Brisbane tomorrow has time to swing by and cheer Tahnee on you can go on down dressed in lime green and cheer her on from the sidelines whilst enjoying the food trucks, music and entertainment provided. There will be radio crew from HIT 90.9 as well as channel 7 & 10 filming the event, so tune in and have a listen/look. Once the shelves and fittings are in it is going to be an amazing space once finished!

02.01.2022 If you thought owning a home was out of your reach, let us point you in the right direction There is plenty of information out there about the HomeBuilder grant on offer, but what about the FHLDS? The FHLDS is a scheme is administered by the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC).... Usually first home buyers with less than a 20 per cent deposit need to pay lenders mortgage insurance. Under the Scheme, eligible first home buyers can purchase or build a new home with a deposit of as little as 5 per cent (lenders criteria apply) meaning you can borrow up to 95% of a new build. The NHFIC guarantees to a participating lender up to 15 percent of the value of the property purchased that is financed by an eligible first home buyer’s home loan. In the 2020-21 Federal Budget, the Australian Government announced an additional 10,000 FHLDS places for the 2020-21 financial year, specifically for eligible first home buyers building or purchasing new homes. This coupled with the HomeBuilder grant/s, makes the reality of owning your own home closer than ever! 01.01.2022 ----Position on Covid-19 and measures taken on our sites---- The advice as of 23 March is that construction sites are considered an essential service to remain open for business as usual. However the reality is, the no one can predict the possible impact in the coming months on the supply chain for upcoming works/works in progress. ... We foresee there will be inevitable delays (as we are seeing in some instances already) and we will attempt to minimize the impact on our upcoming work/work in progress. To demonstrate our commitment to the ongoing health, safety and security of everyone involved in our business, we are implementing the following as standard operating procedures moving forward (including but not limited to): 1. Limiting the number of people on site daily to essential personnel only. 2. Site visits by clients, supplier reps etc. are by appointment only. 3. Keeping person/s off site while displaying flu like symptoms, and enforcing the 14 day self-isolation rule for anyone returning from overseas/has been in contact with infected persons. 4. Advising personnel to implement regular hand washing schedules, and cleaning of any shared tools/equipment. As the information available for this outbreak changes daily, we will continue to provide advice from Master Builders, HIA and QLD Health.
