25.01.2022 UNICEF PACIFIC Doreen (9) and Lowata (9), Namotomoto Village.Just six weeks after Category 5 Cyclone Winston devastated Fiji, affecting 40% of the Pacific Island nation’s population, three simultaneous tropical disturbances brought unprecedented rainfall to many parts of the country, including several areas already affected by Cyclone Winston. Entire communities flooded, roads were blocked and crops were destroyed, deepening the vulnerability of many families dependent on these as a key source of income and food. In cyclone-affected communities, the flood waters also washed away newly replanted seeds, erasing recovery efforts.
24.01.2022 FIJI is about to be smashed by TC YASA. This is the largest CAT5 super storm recorded. If you want to help please follow UNICEF Pacific and share.

21.01.2022 Having seen the aftermath of a cat5 storm in FiJI before I am so concerned about this. I really wish I could be there to help. Thinking of all my Fijian friends and so many amazing people I know working in Fiji.

19.01.2022 Architects Without Frontiers have sent me on assignment to photograph the The Society for Indigenous Women of the Cakaudrove Province, Fiji Ra Marama Village site. It’s wonderful to meet the ladies and document this impressive building and see the difference it is making here.
19.01.2022 Top Award for Top Team UNICEF Papua New Guinea 100% earned and deserved recognition. It was my favourite assignment of 2018
18.01.2022 Filming MELGHAT in remote rural India. LOVE IT!
17.01.2022 The worst of the earthquakes may have passed but children continue to suffer the most tragic impacts. This young girl was sheltering in a tent with around 600 o...ther people, little food and no access to safe water or sanitation. She became severely sick and passed away at just three years old. UNICEF is urgently delivering water tanks, purification tablets and hygiene kits to stop this emergency from spiralling into a deeper disaster for children. See more
15.01.2022 Stoked to be one of the Wannon Water Ripple Effect Grant winners!
13.01.2022 Having a great day with the ladies at the Ra-Marama Culture and Information Hub. This project celebrates culture and women and gives women a space to share all of this knowledge and bring in young women to participate. It also makes sure that women have a safe space. It’s a beacon of celebrating women and keeping them safe, and championing the fact that they can come together and that they have a voice. 07.01.2022 I’m excited to be heading to Savusavu, Fiji Islands on assignment for Architects Without Frontiers (Australia). Check out the project: http://m.architectswithoutfrontiers.com.au/proj/project-01/ This brilliant building plays a very important role in the women’s community there, and it is going to be showcased at the Inbetween 2020 Exhibition in Venice later this year - https://inbetween2020.com.au

07.01.2022 @thomas Nybo articulates the madness very well!
03.01.2022 Amazed to learn the PNG men don’t normally hold their babies until the baby starts solid foods ... BUT a lot of their kids have died from Hyperthermia. And now Kangaroo Care (skin to skin) is being adopted by the DADS! This is a significant shift in cultural thinking.
01.01.2022 Imagine only being able to give every kids at the school only a quarter of a cup of clean drinking water each day. True story. UNICEF Papua New Guinea https://www.stuff.co.nz//a-community-desperate-for-clean-w
