If you or you have any friends thinking of selling, please call me ASAP. These buyers are ready to go. Our non negotiables are: Buderim Mountain SS, Mountain Creek SS or Chancellor school catchments (Buderim primary being our first choice)... 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (main and en-suite) Bath in main bathroom Garden space Pool or room to install one (and still have some grassed area for the dogs so really probably a 700 block minimum I'd think) Good sized bedrooms (some we've looked at wouldn't fit a bed ) Not keen on Sippy Downs Room to store a trailer. Budget: $650 is where we are most comfortable but we can wiggle if we find the right house. Hopefully our non negotiables aren't too out there! 10.01.2022 Had the great privilege to be involved with the awesome group of ladies called JUGS and the lady members up at the Headland Golf Club to raise much needed funds for the Buderim Private Hospital Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Program during the annual fundraising event in October. The big shout out really should go to the Team behind the scenes. The JUGS group and the lady members of Headland Golf Club as well as all the other volunteers behind the scenes offering their support... to the families in need. I personally have heard the heartwarming stories from Sharon Thomas and Lisa Daldy and many of the other ladies up at the club about the program and its great to be able to do my part. Over the past 11 years this strong group of lady members have raised approx $60,000. What and awesome and inspiring result. Thank you for the day ladies and thank you to all of you out there that support these wonderful community fundraising events. For most of us we really do have a fortunate life. PS. Two hole in ones in consecutive years and the pink hair ( Not sure which one is talked about more) has made the day an interesting talking point. Can we get the third one in a row next year? What are the odds?
