19.01.2022 Not the race I was after today! But happy with what I achieved given the training I managed to get in in the lead up to #im703ballarat good and bad to take away from it and a lot learned!! awesome to race in front of my home crowd! Special thanks to @govecycles_and_bikerackcafe and @petstock_australia for all your support! Even race side today! Awesome to have you all there! Sorry I just didn't have it in me today but am looking forward to the next race #im703geelong with a big block of training coming up a DNF will not be on the cards.
19.01.2022 Update: well after a month of easy work I'm back into some training! Have had a few set backs in the last two races but know exactly what I need to work on. Looking potentially at Busso 70.3 in May! Haven't been there before and seems like a pretty cool course! I'd also just like to quickly thank Petstock, Fast fwd wheels, Rocket science, brooks and Gove cycles for helping me out! You guys have been awesome!! Will post further training updates leading into Busso. Hopefully the weather holds up here in sunny Ballarat!

08.01.2022 Thanks for all the support out there today guys. Had a great swim and bike but couldnt hold any nutrition down after 85km on the bike. Went very hard on the bike, maybe a bit too hard for how much work i had done. Thanks to all my sponsors! In particular PETSTOCK who all came down today to cheer me on! It was awesome! Sorry i couldn't quite finish the job!
