19.01.2022 Creamy curry prawns Curry korma tablespoon Cooking cream 300mls Prawns 500grams... 2 cups of jasmine rice Cook rice in Microwave 9 mins In a pan cook the cream and curry together for 5 mins . Then add prawns for 6 mins. Place cook rice on plate then add curry prawns Serve and enjoy !! Photo and recipe by Sara :)

02.01.2022 Gingerbread Fudge Ingredients 395g condensed milk 120g unsalted butter 200g white sugar... 20g glucose syrup 1tsp vanilla extract 200g milk chocolate, broken into pieces 1heaped tbsp Flavourista gingerbread chocolate powder 100g packet glace ginger, cut into pieces Preparation 1. Line base and sides of a square cake tin (20 cm) with baking paper and set aside. 2. Place condensed milk, butter, sugar, glucose syrup, vanilla extract and gingerbread powder into mixing bowl of thermomix and cook 30 min/100C/speed 3, placing simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid. 3. Add chocolate and mix 20 sec/speed 4. Add chopped ginger, stir, then quickly and carefully pour mixture into prepared tin. (I put half the ginger in the fudge, half on top). Set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and place into refrigerator until firm enough to cut into small squares (approx. 2 hours). Serve once firm.
