01.01.2022 The Rise of Ramen in Hobart Jam Jar Lounge recently introduced authentic Japanese Ramen noodles to Hobart as part of our new lunch and dinner menu. The response has been very positive, so we would like to share our excitement about Ramen with Jam Jar friends who may not know about it.... Ramen is primarily a noodle soup dish, and arguably Japan's most popular and well-loved comfort food, which is now becoming recognised in many major cities all over the world. Our Ramen consists of wheat noodles served in meat based broth flavored with soy sauce, miso and chilli sesame paste with variety of toppings. The broth is the real centerpiece of the soup and made from scratch over many hours using finest pork and chicken. This rich deep broth is very unique and makes Ramen one of the most delicious noodle soup you'll ever have! So drop by and try Ramen for lunch or dinner in our stylish yet casual environment. 01.01.2022 Ramen movies... It was great to know there are so many Ramen lovers here in Hobart. There are a couple of Japanese moveis which might be interesting to watch for both Ramen lovers and those who like to know it. One called "Tampopo", and other is "Ramen Girl". Both may not be a masterpiece, but they are lighthearted comedy/drama about life & love of people to Ramen. Enjoy!
