24.01.2022 Celebrating 10 Years of JAM Our JAM journey began in 2010, as we celebrate this milestone we take this time to reflect on all the friends we have made, corks we have popped and dishes we have created, some of which are still on the menu today. We have had the pleasure of seeing first dates turn into engagements and weddings into christenings We want to say Thank You because we couldn’t have done any of it without the loyal following of our foodie friends, we don’t call our fa...vorite guests JAM FAM for nothing! The passionate JAM crew have shared with me so many amazing dinners and events over the years, a BIG thank you for their stellar effort and commitment. Our philosophy of sourcing quality ingredients has always been an integral element of our menus combined with genuine hospitality. Over the next few months we will continue to share some of our favorite events and highlights from the past 10 years. Look out for the #jam-memories A 10 Year Celebration Dinner will be held on the 10th of the 10th (October 10th 2020) A special celebration dinner with Champagne and wines especially sourced from the 2010 vintage. 16.01.2022 To all our wonderful guests. We have just completed an extensive business review of JAM on the back of our 10th Anniversary and Covid-19. Now we look to the future and the next 10 years. We have made the decision to no longer serve breakfast from 27th April. This will allow us to place a greater attention on our Dinner & Lunch services in addition to Functions at JAM.... We would like to thank everyone who has enjoy breakfast with us over the years, countless Asian chicken omelettes and avocados on toast have been cooked up in the kitchen, we hope you get a chance to drop in before the 27th to enjoy your favourite breaky dish. The wonderful breakfast crew will remain a special part of our team across JAM & Bridgewater. With the new changes we would like to welcome and introduce our new Head Chef Christelle, find out more about Christelle’s extensive experience in Australia and Europe in our next post.
