15.01.2022 RETREAT - last year for the first time I spend time in the Hawkesbury area and I fell in love. This weekend me and Chelsey from @theheartspaceconnect will be hosting our retreat @yanada_retreat. Can’t wait to be reunited!!! 03.01.2022 WATER As a Wood person from the Chinese element system I love the earth energy from wood and woody fragrances such as sandalwood. But when it comes to movement of emotions, creativity and ease I am always connected to water.... No wonder as water supports the element of wood. It prevents wood from drying out and burning up to quickly and depleting with that energy. In my work and clinic the 5 elements form a great insight into personality and physical and emotional needs. When I work with clients it is often discussed and referred back to. It helps with insights and connects my clients with a greater sense of their nature.
