25.01.2022 Authentic Planet Desk Lamp in original orange colour from the 60s with excellent range of movement for sale $125 They have been achieving up to $200 at auction Functional condition is excellent however cosmetically it has a few scratches and marks, and a dent in the shade refer to photos The Planet Studio K is an iconic Australian classic designed by Bill Iggulden and released in 1962. It was widely exhibited internationally and is one of a few truly original examples of Aus...tralian Industrial Design available during these years, and it is still sought after by both domestic and international collectors. Its simplistic shape and bold colours captured the imagination of post-war Australia and it is still being produced (although in limited quantities) today by Planet Lighting..
