25.01.2022 Got a fabulous 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for sale in Lyneham. High above Dickson and Downer, with views to Mounts Ainslie and Majura, and Light Rail at your doorstep, this gem is currently leased until October. By the time you get to settlement, and get the keys, you could be moving into your own first home! All the facilities of the Axis complex are yours to enjoy - pool, gym, BBQs etc. and Dickson's buzzing restaurants, cafes and nightlife are there to be enjoyed - just stroll over the road. Open for inspection tomorrow, Friday 28th August from 12.30-1.15pm. Take in the apartment, the views, the lifestyle.

23.01.2022 September 1: Clocking up my first 10,000 steps in vibrant Lonsdale Street Braddon- loving the dogs of Braddon out for their afternoon stroll - on trend in their coats.

23.01.2022 Another great weekend with 100% auction clearance rate for Luton. Sellers - with less homes for sale and motivated Buyers keen to move, now is the time to get to the market!

22.01.2022 Staying open during this pandemic hasn't been an easy feat, but Lyneham Hair Fashions has kept going, making sure they provide a social outing for all the old l...adies who come in for their weekly ‘hairdo’s’. They're supporting their local community and we're supporting them. Here's to Jane Ahern - Luton, who is proudly sitting at Lyneham Hair Fashions. The same place she used to take her young sons for their haircuts, and they’re in their 30’s now! #supportinglocalbusinesses

22.01.2022 Week 2 of Steptember and very grateful to colleagues and friends for their donations, supporting the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and the great work they do. A quiet start to the week for the Dratted Dog and I with 11,080 steps clocked up as we stepped it out in lovely Lyneham. The DD making his preferences clear for the rest of the week - snoozing not stepping.... we'll see.

19.01.2022 It's Spring at last! So wonderful to see the blossoms emerging and to sense the warmer months are just around the corner. To celebrate, I’m stepping out, with Monty the Dratted Dog, 10,000 paces a day, for 28 days, to support people living with cerebral palsy - and I look forward to the challenge! Monty the Dratted Dog doesn't have a choice. If you would like to support me as I bustle through beautiful Braddon and loiter in lovable Lyneham, clocking up my 10,000 steps a d...ay that would be wonderful. Any donations to the Steptember challenge to raise funds for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance will be gratefully received - you can find the link here: https://www.steptember.org.au/fundraisers/janeahern. Enjoy the journey with me as I post updates along the way. Wonder if the Dratted Dog's 4 paws count as cheating...could he finish in the half the time...?) Only another 6000 to go today.... Together, we can make a real difference. Thanks, Jane

17.01.2022 Is it time for a sea-change or a tree-change? Ben Oostermeyer - Luton runs us through the in's and out's.

11.01.2022 Gorgeous day to be out and about in Lyneham - from the blossoms to a refreshing drink at Tilley's where it was wonderful to see friends connecting over a game of cards while their dogs soaked up the sunshine outside...There's a lot to love about Lyneham.

10.01.2022 Here's what you will see if you come home to the quality apartment number 302 in the Axis complex on Mouat Street in Lyneham. North-east facing, a hop skip and a jump away from Dickson shopping and restaurant precinct and with a Light Rail stop over the road, what's not to love?!

10.01.2022 A happy result on Saturday with an appealing 2 bedroom Hackett cottage, (truly a home amongst the gum trees), selling for $770,000 at auction, despite a lease being in place until March next year. In a buzzing buyer market, I am now trying to help 70+ Buyers who inspected the Hackett home to find their next home....If you are thinking of selling....now is the time to act. Happy to talk about your real estate needs anytime - just get in touch.

08.01.2022 Always good catching up with good friends and sharing ideas with the No.1 apartment queen! Sore sides from laughing!!

07.01.2022 Smashed the 10000 steps today! Wonderful day to be out and about in Hackett, enjoying the blossoms and spring gardens. Monty the Dratted Dog in recovery mode after exhausting day pounding the streets.....

07.01.2022 Hands Across Canberra - World Homelessness Day. Today is World Homelessness Day To support this cause, Zango has teamed with Luton to support this important cause. To ask for a donation of $10/Open Home which we will match with $10 of our own, so every open we do will add $20 to the cause. @zangocbr @handsacrosscanberra... @lutonproperties #zango #canberrarealestate #WorldHomelessnessDay #agoodcause

04.01.2022 The end of the first week of Steptember and I’ve reached my 10,000 step goal every day so far and working on reaching my fund raising goal of $250. Actually-smashing that too if I can. If you would like to support the fabulous work the Cerebral Palsy Alliance does please go click on the link: https://www.steptember.org.au/fundraisers/janeahern Any and all donations help. Thank you!

04.01.2022 Lovely day today strolling around Braddon, from lively Lonsdale Street and an appraisal in the fabulous Palko apartments- urban grunge with style - through to a promenade down yesterday’s elegant spaces on Farrer Street. All this activity made my 10,000 step goal easy to reach. The Dratted Dog used yesterday’s 20,000 count to make up for being banned to the sofa today. Meeting the dogs of Braddon the other day led to some disgraceful behaviour ....enough said. Don’t forget, if you would like to support the Steptember challenge to raise funds for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, it will be gratefully received - you can find the link here: https://www.steptember.org.au/fundraisers/janeahern. Thank you
