Amid the chaos and uncertainty in our world right now, I participated in a beautiful women’s circle last night on Zoom, hosted by Aline McCarthy and Lisa Mathison-Wood. Meditation, movement, essential oils and emotion, and an Aroma Boost. . I was asked to be a guest presenter at the event, and I led the group through a process called Aroma Boost. Sitting down and breathing an essential oil, reciting a mantra, a...nd intentionally feeling your painful emotion is a way to transform them into something positive. Listen y’all, now is a time that a portion of people will lay down and think Woe is me. Everything is terrible. It will always be terrible. It’s all my fault that things are terrible.
