When you look for an agent, it's not just about the fees, it's about the outcome we can achieve for you. Real Value Jane came prepared after we asked her to come and provide some advice on what we might expect if we decided to sell. There were examples of other houses in the area and the prices and we were able to make a comparis...on with our home. Jane provided her estimate of what price range the house would fit in to which was about what we thought the house and the view was worth . Jane then took us to a few places that might suit what we had told her we wanted from the shift. This included a couple of places that would be soon on the market, which gave us a chance of getting ahead of a crowd. The sale was handled professionally with Jane providing photos that enhanced the house and advice on how the house should be presented on an open day.
