25.01.2022 THE FRESH MARKET .... They won’t be quite as big as this one, but we’re going to have mini croquembouche for sale tomorrow at @freshmarketwarrnambool. Very limited numbers so get in early to grab one.

23.01.2022 CHRISTMAS ORDERS CLOSED .... Thanks to everyone that has supported us this year. Due to an overwhelming amount of orders, we have had to close preorders for Christmas this year. There will be a range of products available for retail on Wednesday and Thursday, but it will be first in, best dressed.

22.01.2022 BEETROOT AND THYME SOURDOUGH .... Volcano Produce have run out of pumpkins! Our new loaf for the @freshmarketwarrnambool tomorrow is a beetroot and thyme sourdough. Ben from Volcano picked the beetroot straight out of the ground and they went directly to the bakery. We then roast and puree them, before adding to a sourdough dough that has been made with @wholegrain_milling premium sustainable white bakers flour and sustainable purple wheat flour. We also add in fresh thyme (that was grown at Volcano Produce as well). The dough will slowly ferment overnight, ready to be baked for you tomorrow morning!

19.01.2022 CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS .... We are closing for a short break between Christmas and New Years! Our last day of trade will be 24/12/2020, and we will reopen again on the 02/01/2021. Orders for Christmas Eve need to be in by 1pm Monday at the latest. We will have as many mince pies and pastries available for sale on Christmas Eve as we can for those that don’t get their order in on time!

Get your orders in by 1pm, 2 days before delivery for all bread products, and by 1 pm, 1 day before for everything else. Orders can be placed at www.janedough.com.au Delivery is free for all orders over $40.00, or a flat rate of $5.00 for anything under $40.00.
