13.01.2022 Hi friends, It’s been a long while since I have any kind of presence on social media. To be honest, it’s felt quite natural to take a break... The past two years living in Bali took me deeply inward and away from posting on here for a little while. I know you all have plenty of emails and posts to read and look at right now so I’m conscious of adding to the noise. Just wanted to pop in to let you know I’m offering a Sunday *Virtual* Yin Immersion beginning Sunday the 26th Ap...ril 4pm-5.45pm AEST for anyone who is so inclined. I’ll be running the class live on Zoom and will send all the details about setting up your space/ what you need etc. Yin has been my savior for the past 5 years, but it really had its glow-up this past six weeks! And while I umm-ed and ahh-ed about whether to join the online world, I realised that this is also my service to all of our sanity right now, and so hope it offers you the salvation it has offered me.
